Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 11.30am are sent to most UK postcodes on a next day delivery service with DHL (although they can take up to 48 hours. We pack to keep it cold for up to 72 hours. Dog meat can be refrozen so long as it is still cold, so no need to worry.) Orders placed after 11.30 am on Thursdays will be dispatched on the following Monday.

THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR FROZEN ITEMS IS 4.5KG.
P&P for orders over £39.99 is £6.89 per box up to 24kg.
P&P for orders over 9kg of raw food and up to £39.99 is £8.89.
P&P for orders from 4.5kg to 9kg of raw food is £10.99.
A 'pre-12 delivery' can be selected, this is £2 extra.
THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER FOR NON-FROZEN GOODS. P&P for non-frozen orders is £6.89.

£8 Treat Bag: includes 100g Fish Cubes; 100g Dried Liver; 2 Dried Lamb Ears; 1 Dried Beef Trachea; 1 Puffed White Chicken Foot, 1 Whole Pig Snout.
£10 Treat Bag: includes 1 Ear (pig or buffalo), 3 Furry Rabbit Ears, 1 Long Sausage (chicken, beef & veg or black pudding); 7 Deli Sausage (liver or turmeric); 1 whole Pig Snouts; 100g Dried Sprats; 1 Beef Testicle Slice.
Where items are out of stock, they may be replaced with a different treat of similar value.
